"Synopsis of Services"
We assist you and design a menu to please all guest dietary requirements with fresh foods, full of flavor.
1.
We design an Event Menu Description containing Event details, Menu, and pricing.
2.
We email the Event Menu Description for client review. We then make any desired adjustments and await confirmation.
3.
Once confirmed, a 50% deposit will secure our services for the event date/time. The remaining balance is due on the Event Date. If services are procured within 7 days of the Event Date the entire balance is required.
4.
We purchase & prepare all necessary food items and arrive at location up to 2 hrs prior to the start time, according to necessity.
5.
We provide serving/warming equipment, tableware, serveware, cookware, & decor where applicable.
6.
-We set up buffets & food stations.
-Serve & present dishes for coursed-out dinners.
-Provide staff for event & food upkeep.
-Clean, pack-up, clean again, and we go.
